These terms apply to account registration, product display, order submission, payment, fulfillment, after-sales service, and related online functions made available through this website. By accessing or using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Management

Users must provide true, accurate, complete, and contactable information and must keep account credentials secure.

If a user becomes aware of unauthorized access, abnormal login activity, or other account security risks, the user should notify us promptly.

2. Product Information and Order Formation

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of product names, prices, images, stock levels, specifications, and shipping descriptions; however, such information may change due to restocking, updates, promotions, system error, or other reasonable causes.

Submission of an order does not by itself create a binding order. An order is formed only after stock confirmation, payment verification, and risk review. Where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, or a transaction risk is identified, we may reject, cancel, or terminate the order and process any appropriate refund.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Duties

The final price shown at checkout controls. Currency displays across languages or regions are provided for convenience only, and the actual settled amount is determined by the payment processor.

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other local fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or in the order, such charges are borne by the buyer.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by holidays, customs inspection, carrier scheduling, weather, address issues, or other causes not attributable to us.

The buyer must ensure that shipping information is true, accurate, and complete. Any additional costs, delays, or return risks arising from address errors, refusal of delivery, failed receipt, customs non-cooperation, or other buyer-side causes are borne by the buyer.

5. After-Sales Service and Prohibited Conduct

The buyer may request cancellation, return, or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy. Shipped items, made-to-order items, opened items affecting resale, or items otherwise excluded by law may not be eligible for return.

Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, fake orders, abusive return behavior, intellectual property infringement, system attacks, unlawful content distribution, or other conduct that violates law or orderly commerce.

6. Limitation of Liability and Updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from third-party payment providers, logistics carriers, network failure, or force majeure, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

We may revise these terms in light of business operations, legal requirements, or service adjustments, and the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
