This policy applies to the Zhongkui Master website, mobile pages, membership services, divination features, booking flows, and support channels. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to authenticate accounts, deliver readings and membership services, handle orders, prevent abuse, and meet Korea-facing legal recordkeeping obligations.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign up, log in, purchase membership access, or submit divination content, we may collect your email address, login identifier, order details, payment status, questions you submit, generated reading records, support messages, and device or access logs used for security.
If you use third-party login or payment tools, we receive only the minimum information needed from those providers, such as account identifiers, payment confirmation status, and anti-fraud signals.
- Account and authentication data: email address, third-party account identifier, verification status.
- Transaction and membership data: subscription status, divination card balance, order number, payment success or failure state.
- Service content data: questions, booking requests, support tickets, and generated interpretation results.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, access time, abnormal login records, and security audit logs.
2. Why We Use Your Information
We use personal data only to authenticate you, provide readings and membership access, show your history, process payment and refunds, detect suspicious activity, answer support requests, and comply with accounting and consumer-protection obligations.
Unless separately disclosed or legally required, we do not use your information for unrelated profiling or sell personal data.
3. Retention Periods and Legal Records
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period unless Korean law requires longer retention.
- Contracts, payments, membership, and withdrawal records: generally 5 years.
- Customer complaints, dispute handling, and support history: generally 3 years.
- Advertising and display records: generally 6 months.
- Access and security logs: generally 3 months, or longer if needed for an active security investigation.
4. Sharing, Processors, and Cross-Border Matters
We do not sell personal data. We may use vetted service providers to support hosting, authentication, payment, email delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support, and they may process only the data necessary for those contracted tasks.
If we add a new processor, an overseas transfer, or any activity requiring separate notice or consent, we will update this policy before the change becomes active and disclose the recipient, purpose, data items, location, and retention period.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. If a request involves legally required transaction records, we will explain what cannot be erased immediately and why.

6. Security and Policy Updates
We use access control, least-privilege practices, audit logging, encrypted transmission, and vendor due diligence to protect data, although no online environment can be guaranteed risk-free.
We update this policy when service functions, legal obligations, or vendors materially change, and we display the latest effective date on this page.
